This policy explains what personal information N7 Digital LLC collects when you visit our website or use our products, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

N7 Digital LLC (“we”, “us”) is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy and act as its controller where data-protection law uses that term.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: your name and email address, and a password where a product requires an account
  • Purchase details: the product you bought, the date, the amount and the information needed to issue a receipt
  • Support messages: what you write to us, including attachments
  • Content you create: notes, answers, progress and similar data you add inside a product

Payment information

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited details such as the card brand, the last four digits, and the status and amount of the transaction.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address and the approximate location derived from it (city or region)
  • Device type, operating system, browser and language
  • Pages viewed, date and time of access, and actions taken inside a product
  • Server logs kept for security and troubleshooting

Information we do not ask for

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health data, religious or political views, or government identification numbers. Please do not include this kind of information in support messages or in free-text fields inside our products.

3. How we use information

The table shows what we use your information for. The third column gives the legal basis we rely on in places where the law requires one, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Brazil.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it either, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Emails we send

  • Service emails: purchase confirmations, receipts, access instructions, billing notices and important changes to our terms. These are part of the service and are sent for as long as you have an active purchase or account.
  • News and offers: sent only if you agreed to receive them. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by email.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our products, and only as far as they need it to do that work:

  • Payment processors, for charging, fraud prevention and receipts
  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, for storing data and running our website and products
  • Email delivery providers, for service emails and, where you agreed, news and offers
  • Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on this website

Our hosting provider and Google Fonts receive your IP address and basic browser information whenever a page of this website loads.

We may also disclose information when a court order or other legal process requires it, when it is needed to investigate fraud or protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. In the last case, the recipient must continue to honor this policy.

6. International transfers

N7 Digital LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and in other countries. If you live elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your own country.

Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses agreed with the provider.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider runs a performance-monitoring script on these pages to measure traffic and keep the site stable.

Our products use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. They are necessary for the product to work.

If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

  • To correct information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date
  • To have your information deleted
  • To receive your information in a portable format
  • To object to, or ask us to restrict, certain uses of your information
  • To withdraw consent you gave earlier, including consent to receive news and offers
  • To complain to the data-protection authority of your country or state

These rights come, for example, from the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the LGPD in Brazil and privacy laws in several US states.

To use any of them, write to n7llc.support@gmail.com. We answer within the period set by the law that applies to you, and in every case within 30 days. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We do not treat you differently for using these rights.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your browser and our website and products
  • Payment card data handled only by our payment processors
  • Access to customer information limited to the people who need it to run the service

No system is completely secure. If a security incident puts your information at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

11. Children

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. People under 18 may use them only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has given us personal information without that consent, write to n7llc.support@gmail.com and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our products or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change is significant, such as a new use of your information, we will announce it by email or with a notice on this website at least 30 days before it takes effect, and we will ask for your consent where the change depends on it.
